The flight itself was realtively uneventful. We didn't get the turbulance that was predicted (thank god!) and we had a very smooth flight. Niels & I watched The Incredibles, ate dinner (seriously, if you're ever going to Europe fly Scandinavian Air [SAS] they treat the coach class very very well), listened to music and I slept for about four hours. A couple points during the flight I looked out the window and could see the Big Dipper right there next to me. It looked so big and close, like i could touch it. I wish I could have taken a photo that would have come out.
Even though I managed to sleep for a good portion of the trip, it still seemed really really long.
This photo was taken someplace over Europe as the sun was rising, it was the first time in a very long time that I had seen a sunrise.
