Went for a lovely ride with one of the team captains this evening. Granted I was late because traffic was so HORRIBLE.
But, I am getting a better feel for biking through the District. I
think I scared the crap out of some tourists in Georgetown. A car
was making a right hand turn but didn't use the turn signal so I nearly
ran it, and I yelled at the car, of course the person didn't hear me,
but I felt better.
It's amazing how much more fun a ride is when it's not 900 degrees
outside, my time's better, I don't feel like shit when done. So much
more enjoyable.
I finished Mimi, but you'll have to wait for photos, the battery on the camera died and I've not had a chance to recharge it.
