So, I'm going to rip them apart and use the yarn for something else. I started a new one yesterday with some delicious Alchemy yarn and it's almost done.

Calorimetry
Spent the past couple evenings working on this pattern from the new issue of Knitty. I loved the pattern, unfortunately, as you can see from the photos, the choice of yarn wasn't right and it came out too big.
So, I'm going to rip them apart and use the yarn for something else. I started a new one yesterday with some delicious Alchemy yarn and it's almost done. (No, I'm not on drugs, I was just really tired when I took the self portrait.) Comments

I heard there are problems w/ this pattern. Some people are CO 80 and having better luck.

On the redo, I used Alchemy\'s Synchronicity on size 7s and it came out A LOT better. It fits my melon head much nicer. But it\'s good to know I\'m not the only one who had problems with the pattern.

Yeah, the new Knitty issue isn't half bad. I like the Binary scarf the best, but I think I would give that lunch bag a pattern of the issue award.
